• How Do I Start?

Starting is easy and FREE! 

1. Just click on Login / Sign Up.  All we need is your e-mail address and a password.
2. Upload one or more digital photos.
3. Start creating custom products and ordering in just moments!

You must make an account so we know where to store your digital images.  This allows you to easily order multiple products from the same image and review previously placed orders.

Site Requirements:

• This site is best viewed at 1024x768 or higher resolutions.
• JavaScript and Cookies must be enabled on your browser (they are enabled by default on most browsers).

If you experience any problems, please make sure Java Scripting is enabled, Cookies are enabled and you are using the newest version of your browser.  If the problem continues, please contact us.

• How do I contact you?

For general information, please use our Feedback Form.  The feedback form provides us with a method for tracking requests and problems.  This allows us to continually improve our website.

• How long does it take to get my order?

Generally your order is shipped in 2 - 4 business days.  Orders are shipped by US Mail so they usually arrive within 2-5 business days after we ship your order, although we cannot guarantee delivery times.

You may add Priority Mail Service, FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Express shipping for faster delivery.

You will receive an automated e-mail when your order ships and your order status is viewable on-line (use the link in your e-mail receipt).

Very large orders may take 1-2 business days longer.

• How are the shipping charges calculated?

The shipping and handling is 15% of the total order $4.25 minimum and $18.00 maximum.  Orders are shipped USPS.

You may add USPS Priority Mail service for an additional $5.00 or add FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Overnight at an additional cost.

• Do you have a catalog?

We only offer an on-line catalog.  You may view a catalog of all of our products by clicking the link below.  Most products have many options and the catalog just shows one example.  Please try adding a product to your order to view all the styles and options.

• Do you offer bulk discounts?

We apply discounts automatically to larger orders as follows:

• 5% off orders over $250
• 7.5% off orders over $500
• 10% off orders over $1000

Many of our most popular products like buttons and trading cards also include substantial discounts for ordering multiples of an identical product.

We can also offer additional discounts for larger orders of identical products.  If you are interested in ordering 25, 50, 100 or more of an identical item please contact us for more information.

• Do you have FTP Software for uploading images?

We have a custom program called Image Up that allows you to upload images directly into your account.

• What is your return policy?

Since custom photo products are one of a kind items, we normally do not allow refunds or returns.  However, if we make a mistake we will gladly correct it by shipping you a new corrected product free of charge.

You may be asked to return the original item received before a replacement will be shipped.

• What Credit Cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Credit Card processing for our site is processed by ZygTech.  As such, the charge will appear from ZygTech.

• What type of Digital Camera do I need?

Our site will work with any digital camera that produces Jpeg (.JPG) files.  Most of the digital cameras on the market produce this file type.

Any resolution of file can be uploaded (up to 6 Megabytes in size).  Our proprietary quality meter will show you the maximum print size we recommend.
 

• How do I calibrate my monitor?

If you don't have a professional calibration tool, then use the image and guidelines below to help get your monitor adjusted.

You can visually adjust your monitor to come close to gray using the RGB
Gray Scale. This method provides a quick an inexpensive result but will not provide the accuracy needed for critical work (Professionals should invest in a hardware calibration solution).

Use the color, density and brightness controls on your monitor to adjust the image above.

1. The White to Black, Yellow to Blue, Magenta to Green and Cyan to Red Bars each have 19 steps (labeled with 1's at the left).
2. The large gray patch in the center should remain neutral (labeled with a 2 at the left).
3. The white to black bar should be a smooth transition with no steps visible (labeled with a 3 at the left).
    

• How do I use film or old prints?

We are no longer supporting film or print scanning.  If you wish to purchase products from an old negative, you will have to have it scanned locally before uploading the file into our system.
